Janice Lowry (1946- ) is a collagist and painter in Phoenix, Ariz. and Santa Ana, Calif. Lowry began her collage journals as a student at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Calif.
Summary:
Biographical material, artwork, notes and writings, photographs, and printed material regarding the life of Janice Lowry. The bulk of the collection contains diaries and illustrated journals. Other artwork includes hand-made artist books and sketchbooks.
